Abstract
Dolines as specific surface form can be considered to be the indicator of karst landscape. The main hypothesis of this study is lithological and tectonic discontinuity, which influenced formation of doline line. Doline line in Dlhý vrch hill is built up by border deposits of the Carpathian Keuper and carbonates rock of the Vysoká Formation and is oriented in the NW–SE directions with rauhwackes as a consequence of tectonic processe. 12 parameters from DTM were measured which has been created by using theodolite Topcon GTS-105N and GPS TRIMBLE PATHFINDER PRO-XRS (DGPS signal). According to exact geological and geomorphological survey and the study of morphometric parameters of dolines in study area, the main hypotheses of doline evolution in lithological and tectonic discontinuity were discussed and it is possible to approve relation between geology and geomorphology. The dolines can be considered to be indicator of karst landscape, but also indicator of lithological and tectonics discontinuity.
